This notice covers personal data processed through the firm’s website (browsing, cookie banner, contact form and, if enabled, appointment booking). It does not replace any specific notices relating to a professional engagement or other relationships with the firm.
Contact form. When you submit a request via the Contacts form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number and message. The data are used only to respond to the request and, where needed, to follow up through the secretariat. Email delivery is handled server-side via Resend: Resend does not set a browser cookie for this service.
Anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). The form includes Cloudflare Turnstile to limit abusive automated submissions. Processing is limited to protecting the service and handling genuine requests.
Cookie consent audit. When you set cookie preferences, we store your choice in a necessary first-party cookie and, for audit purposes, record in Sanity a log with consent id, version, locale, selected categories (necessary, analytics, marketing), action taken, truncated user-agent and a hashed IP address. We do not store the raw IP address.
Analytics and marketing (consent only). Optional categories managed by the cookie banner. With consent to the analytics category the site uses Google Analytics 4; the script is loaded only after that consent. Marketing tools, where used, start only with marketing consent. Without consent, those processing activities do not start.
Appointments (Google Calendar). If appointments are enabled in site settings, you may use a Google Calendar booking link. Any calendar embed requires marketing consent; otherwise an external link remains available.
Responding to contact-form requests: pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request and/or the firm’s legitimate interest in handling incoming communications.
Turnstile and form security: legitimate interest in preventing abuse and spam.
Consent cookie and related preferences: legal obligation and/or legitimate interest in documenting the user’s choice.
Analytics and marketing: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Appointment booking via Google Calendar (if enabled): pre-contractual steps at your request and, for any embed, marketing consent.
Data may be processed by technical providers used to run the site and related services, as processors or independent providers according to their roles: site hosting and infrastructure; Sanity (content and consent audit logs); Resend (contact-form email delivery); Cloudflare (Turnstile); Google (Google Analytics 4, only with consent to the analytics category; Calendar, only if appointment booking is enabled).
Form data are not disclosed publicly. They may be shared with lawyers or collaborators of the firm only as needed to handle the request.
Some providers (for example Resend, Cloudflare or Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses), as described by each provider.
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related obligations, and in any event no longer than required by law or legal defence.
Cookie consent audit logs are retained to document your choice and to demonstrate compliance, unless a different legal requirement applies.
The consent preference cookie has a limited lifetime (indicatively up to about 180 days) and can be updated or deleted by you.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you may exercise, within the limits of the law, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, email segreteria@studiolegaleltc.it or call 0804037045.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) — www.garanteprivacy.it — or to bring proceedings before the competent courts.
This notice may be updated to reflect changes to the website services or to applicable law. The update date is shown at the top of the page.
