The spouses separate and the court orders the husband to pay €550.00 to the wife for the maintenance of their two children. The husband defaults and the wife, who instructs our firm, proceeds with a third-party attachment (against the employer). The husband, displeased, has himself dismissed a few months later. Our client therefore asks the Court of Bari to order INPS to pay her directly the amount owed by the husband for maintenance, deducting it from the unemployment benefit.
