Attorney Alessandra Casamassima graduated in Law in 2008 from the University of Bari and was admitted to practise in 2011.
She has been enrolled with the Bari Bar since 2011, is admitted to practise before the Higher Courts (Court of Cassation and other superior jurisdictions), and is also authorised to provide legal aid at State expense (patrocinio a spese dello Stato).
Specialising in administrative law and, more specifically, in planning and building, urban planning, expropriation, public services and public contracts, public employment, healthcare, the law of local authorities, and electoral litigation, she has also gained particular experience of disputes before special courts (Court of Auditors).
She worked for more than ten years with Attorney Felice Eugenio Lorusso, an administrative lawyer of national standing. She was therefore able to acquire and develop substantial experience across the branches of administrative law.
A member of the case-law digest panel of the Bari Administrative Chamber, she has spoken at events of national importance organised by the Bari Administrative Chamber.
