Pasquale Trigiante

Attorney Pasquale Trigiante graduated in Law in 2010 from the University of Bari and was admitted to practise in 2013.

He has been enrolled with the Bari Bar since 2013, is admitted to practise before the Higher Courts (Court of Cassation and other superior jurisdictions), and is also authorised to provide legal aid at State expense (patrocinio a spese dello Stato).

He specialises in social security and civil law, and more specifically in medical liability and catastrophic road-traffic injury. In the course of his practice he has built substantial experience in civil law and social security, with particular specialisation in medical liability and road-traffic accidents, including catastrophic claims. He has developed specific expertise in assessing biological damage, expected damage, differential damage and pecuniary loss suffered by the injured person. He also acts in family law, condominium law, residential and commercial leases, and debt recovery, including movable and immovable enforcement proceedings.

He also has experience of litigation concerning public employment in schools. In 2018 he obtained the certificate of attorney expert in juvenile law.
